BOX NUMBER: } l.p FILE NUMBER: I i..p 3 Li 1 NUMBER OF PAGES: d ~- " , ~ ~r'" '; ORDINANCE NO. 6552 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Conunissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta effective November 15, 1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt and Reconfirm the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta, together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County or the City Council of Augusta as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone R-IC (One-family Residential) to Zone P-l (Professional) affecting property located on the northeast right-of-way line of Broad Street Extension, 120 feet, more or less, northwest of a point where the northwest right-of-way line of Prep Phillips Drive intersects the northeast right-of-way line of Broad Street Extension; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-IC (One-family Residential) to Zone P-l (Professional) affecting property as follows: z_o~- \0'& . -~7. If;;" Beginning at a point located on the northeast right-of-way line of Broad Street Extension, 120 feet, more or less, northwest of a point where the northwest right-of-way line of Prep Phillips Drive intersects the northeast right-of-way line of Broad Street Extension; thence, in a northwesterly direction along the northeast right-of-way line of Broad Street Extension a distance of 60 feet to a point; thence, in a northeasterly direction of 159 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 60 feet, to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 158 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains .2 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 123 Broad Street Extension. (Tax Map 48-3 Parcel 68) SECTION II. This Ordinance is approved with the following stipulations: 1. The property use shall be limited to office use only. 2. That there will be no on site storage of materials or parking of vehicles used by the business. SECTION III. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
