An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance ,... ... adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta effective November 15, 1983, entitled Reconfirm the Ordinance to Readopt and "An Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta, together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County or the City Council of Augusta as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone R-1B (One-family Residential) and Zone B-2 (General Business) to Zone LI (Light Industry) affecting property located on the northeast right-of-way line of Crescent Dri ve, 300 feet, more or less, southeast of a point where the southeast right -of -way line of Wrightsboro Road intersects the northeast right-of-way line of Crescent Drive; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-1B (One-family Residential) and Zone B-2 (General Business) to Zone LI (Light Industry) affecting property as follows: 2- wC> -:L- '2.3 ~ .. t , .. ~ Beginning at a point located on the northeast right-of- way line of Crescent Drive, 300 feet, more or less, southeast of a point where the southeast right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road intersects the northeast right-of-way line of Crescent Drive; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance of 150 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 160 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 170 feet, more or less, to a point located on the northeast right-of-way line of Crescent Drive; thence, in a northwesterly direction along the northeast right -of- way line of Crescent Drive a distance of 240 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains .63 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 1514 Crescent Drive. (Tax Map 41 Parcel 53) SECTION II.
