An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of
Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta effective
November 15, 1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt and ReconfIrm the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by the Board of
Conunissioners of Riclm10nd County and the City Council of Augusta, together with all
amendments which have been approved by either the Board of Conunissioners of
Richmond County or the City Council of Augusta as authorized under the Home Rule
Provisions of the Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the Comprehensive
Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting
property located on the east right-of-way line of Morgan Road, 195 feet, more
or less, north of the northeast comer of the intersection of Loren Parkway
and Morgan Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other
purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I.
That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the
Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November,
1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing
the Comprehensive Ordinance from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone B-2
(General Business) affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the east right-of-
way line of Morgan Road, 195 feet, more or less,
north of the northeast corner of the intersection
of Loren Parkway and Morgan Road; thence, in a
northerly direction along the east right-of-way
line of Morgan Road a distance of 20 feet, more or
less, to a point; thence, in a southeasterly
direction a distance of 336 feet, more or less, to
a point; thence, in a northeasterly direction a
distance of 106 feet, more or less, to a point;
thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of
297 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a
southerly direction a distance of 75 feet, more or
less, to a point; thence, in a northwesterly
direction a distance of 660 feet, more or less, to
the point of beginning. This property contains .86
acres and is known under the present numbering
system as 3630 Morgan Road. (Tax Map 129 Parcel
12.07 )
SECTION II. This petition is subject to the following
