HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 6527 HARPER FRANKLIN Augusta Richmond GA DOCUMENT NAME: O~c9CD8- &/5(;)1 DOCUMENT TYPE: 0'\ d \ \\Q.Y\Ge YEAR: 0:9 BOX NUMBER: \ 5 FILE NUMBER: \ La \~ U NUMBER OF PAGES: 6 ;; ORDINANCE NO. 6527 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta effective November 15, 1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt and Reconfirm the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by the Board of Commissioners of Riclunond County and the City Council of Augusta, together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County or the City Council of Augusta as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) and Zone R-lB (One-family Residential) to Zone R-IC (One-family Residential) affecting property located on the southeast right-of-way line of Harper-Franklin Boulevard, 1064.14 feet east of the southeast comer of the intersection of Jimmie Dyess Parkway and Harper- Franklin Boulevard; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUST A-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Ordinance from Zone A (Agriculture) and Zone R-1B (One-family Residential) to Zone R-1C (One-family Residential) affecting property as follows: Beginning at a point located on the southeast right-of-way line of Harper-Franklin Boulevard, 1064.14 feet east of the southeast corner of the intersection of Jimmie Dyess Parkway and Harper- Franklin Boulevard; thence, N 15041'54" W a distance of 246.30 feet to a point; thence, N 000 36' 55" W a distance of 481.03 feet to a point; 2_ 0;).... 7 g thence, N 880 51'22# W a distance of 840.46 feet to a point; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance of 907 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, N 680 06'43# E a distance of 260.99 feet to a point; thence, in an easterly direction a distance of 446 feet, more or less, to a point located on the south right-of-way line of Clarkston Drive (dead end); thence in an easterly direction along the south right-of-way line of Clarkston Drive (dead end) a distance of 50.0 feet to a point; thence in an easterly direction a distance of 1,280 feet, more or less, to a point located on the south right-of-way line of Winterville Drive (dead end); thence, in an easterly direction along the south right -of -way line of Winterville Drive (dead end) a distance of 50.0 feet to a point; thence, in an easterly direction a distance of 198 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, S 160 48' 34# W a distance of 291.41 feet to a point; thence, S 350 22'20# E a distance of 1,374.53 feet to a point; thence, S 540 37'44# W a distance of 241.08 feet to a point; thence N 440 36'15# W a distance of 40.95 feet to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 1,925.85 feet to a point; thence, N 150 41'54#E a distance of 134.11 feet to a point; thence, S 740 18' 06# W a distance of 30.0 feet to the point of beginning. This property contains approximately 85 acres and is known as Phase I and Phase II of Breckenridge Subdivision. (Tax map 66 parcel 56.03 and Tax map 66-2 parcell) SECTION II. This petition is subject to the following stipulations: 1. That there be no vehicle access to Asbury Hill Subdivision 2. That no lot will have less than 70' frontage and 9,000 square feet of area. SECTION III. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed this 1 R day of June 2002. June 18 APPROVED THIS ,2002.
