"1I19 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta effective November 15, 1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt and Reconfmn the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta, together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County or the City Council of Augusta as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-l (One-family Residential) to Zone R-IC (One-family Residential) affecting property located where the southwest right-of-way line of Donald Road intersects with the northwest right-of-way line of Reid Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-1 (One-family Residential) to Zone R-1C (One-family Residential) affecting property as follows: SECTION II rhis change to the Comprehensive Zoning Map is subject to the following stipulations: That the site plan be for only six lots in a similar configuration to the concept plan submitted with the petition. z - O:l- .3 , . . Beginning at a point located where the southwest right-of-way line of Donald Road intersects with the northwest right-of-way line of Reid Road; thence, in a southwesterly direction along the northwest right-of-way line of Reid Road a distance of 224 feet to a point; thence, in a northwesterly direction a distance of 311 feet to a point; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance 224 feet to a point located on the southwest right-of- way line of Donald Road; thence, in a southeasterly direction along the southwest right-of-way line of Donald Road a distance of 311 feet to the point of beginning. This property contains approximately 1.6 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 1203 Reid Road. (Tax map 32-4 parcel 42) SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed 1 11th day of April ,2002. April 16 APPROVED THIS ,2002.
