adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmdnd County and

the Ci~y Council of Augusta effective Novemt!er IS, 1983,
entitled
"An
Ordinance
to
Readopt
and
Reconfirm
the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by the
Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council
of Augusta, together with all amendments which have been
approved by either the Board of Commissioners of Richmond
County or the City Council of Augusta as authorized under the
Home Rule Provisions of the Constitution of the State of
Georgia" by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-
lA (One-family Residential)
to Zone R-3B (Multiple-family
Residential) affecting property located on the northwest
right-of-way line of Deans Bridge Road, 306 feet, more
or less, southwest of the a point located where the
southwest right-of-way line of Jennings Road intersects
the northwest right-of-way line of Deans Bridge Road;
and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for
other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECtION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of
Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the
caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive
Zoning Map from Zone R-IA (One-family Residential) to Zone R-3B (Multiple-
family Residential) affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the northwest right-of-
way 1"i'ne ,pf Deans Bridge Road, 306 feef,' m6l-e or less,
southwest of the a point located where the southwest
right-of-way line' of Jennings Road intersects the
northwest right-of-way line of Deans Bridge Road;
thence, in a southwesterly direction along the
northwest right-of-way line of Deans Bridge Road a
distance of 100.0 feet to a point; thence, in a
northwesterly direction a distance of 250.0 feet to a
point; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance
of 100.0 feet to a point i thence, in a southeasterly
direction a distance of 250.0 feet to the point of
beginning. This property contains .57 acres and is
known under the present numbering system as 2815 Deans
Bridge Road. (Tax Map 85-4 Parcel 59)
_ SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this
day
