A resolution by the Augusta-Richmond County Planning Commission recommending that the
Subdivision Regulations be amended as follows:
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS OF AUGUSTA,
GEORGL-\, ADOPTED BY THE AUGUSTA COlvfMISSION ON MARCH 18, 1997
BY PROVIDING FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO BE INCLUDED ON THE
DEVELOPNfENT PLAN.
THE AUGUSTA CO!vThfISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. That the Ordinance regulating subdivision of land in Augusta, Georgia, is
amended by adding the following at the end of Section 302. Development Plan - Information to
be Included:
LL. All structures within 100' of a proposed detention/retention pond shall be
delineated.
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby
repealed.
