Windsor Spring Road; and for the. repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the C9mprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the l5th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-1A (One- family Residence) to Zone R-3B (Multiple-family Residence) affecting property as follows: Beginning at a point located on the southeast right-of- way line of Windsor Spring Road, 830 feet, more or less, northeast of a point where the northeast right- of-way line of Rosier Road intersects with the southeast right-of-way line of Windsor Spring Road; thence, in a northeasterly direction along the southeast right -of -way line of Windsor Spring Road a distance of 280 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southeasterly d~rection a distance of 290 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a :. . ... !" " southwesterly direction a distance of 279.40 feet to a point; thence, in a northwesterly direction a distance of 383 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance of 3l feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northwesterly direction a distance of 25 feet to the point of beginning. This property contains approximately 2.14 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 2342 Windsor Spring Road. SECTION I I.
