THE A-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the
Board of Commissioners' of Richmond County on the lSth day of
November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended
by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-1C (One-
family Re idence) to Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) affecting
property
Begi ning at a point located on the southeast corner of
the intersection of lSth Street and Dewitt Street;
then e, in a southeasterly direction along the
sout west right-of-way line of Dewitt Street a distance
of 1 3.7 feet to a point; thence, in a southwesterly
dire tion a distance of 60.0 feet to a point, thence,
in a northwesterly direction a distance of 123.07 feet
to a goint located on the southeast right -of -way line
of S h Street; thence, in a northeasterly direction
alon the southeast right -of -way 1 ine of lSth Street a ___
dist nce of 60.0 feet to the point of beginning. This",,-
prop rty contains. 1 7 acres and is known under the ',,--~
pres nt numbering system as 1670 1Sth Street. '\
