ORDINANCE NO. 6403 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta effective November 15, 1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt and Reconfirm the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta, together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County or the City Council of Augusta as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-l C (One-family Residential) to Zone R-MH (Manufactured Home Residential) affecting property located on a point located on the southwest right-of-way line of Walnut Street, 387 feet northeast of a point where the northeast right-of-way line of Dan Bowles Road intersects the southwest right-of-way line of Walnut Street; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-1C (One-family Residential) to Zone R-MH (Manufactured Home Residential) affecting property as follows: Beginning at a point located on the southwest right-of-way line of Walnut Street, 387 feet northeast of a point where the northeast right-of-way line of Dan Bowles Road intersects the southwest right-of-way line of Walnut Street; thence, in a northeasterly direction along the southeast right-of-way line of Walnut Street a distance of 50.0 feet to a point; thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 150 feet to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 50.0 feet to a point; thence, in a northwesterly direction a distance of 150.0 feet to the point of begilming. This property contains .17 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 2054 Walnut Street. SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict this with this Ordinance hereby repealed are J 9 -;;:t )~ day of I 2001. Mayor ,2001.
