THE AUGUST A COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by deleting the following from Section 29, Exceptions and Modifications: 29-2 Height: (a) Three story building in two story zone: In the zones limiting height to two (2) stories not to exceed thirty-five (35) feet, any permitted structure may be increased in height to three (3) stories, not to exceed forty-five (45) feet, provided the required side yards are increased an additional foot for each one (1) foot such structure exceeds thirty-five (35) feet. 29-3 Setbacks: (b) Front yard between projecting buildings: Where a lot is situated between two (2) lots, each of which has a main building (within twenty-five (25) feet of the subject lot) which projects beyond the required front setback line and was so maintained on March 25, 1963, the front setback requirement on such lot may be the average of the front setbacks of said existing buildings; provided, however, the front setback of such lot shall not be less than ten (10) feet. , . , . ... , . . , ., SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Done in Open Meeting under the Common Seal thereof this 1st day of May , 2001.
