' ... l~ , t- ORDINANCE NO. 6358 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta effective November 15, 1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt and Reconfirm the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta, together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County or the City Council of Augusta as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone P-1 (professional) to Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) affecting property located on the southeast right-of-way line of North Leg, 345.05 feet northeast of the northeast comer of the intersection of Wildwood Drive and North Leg; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone P-1 (professional) to Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) affecting pr~perty as follows: Beginning at a point located on the southeast right-of-way line of North Leg, 345.05 feet northeast of the northeast comer of the intersection of Wildwood Drive and North Leg; thence, in a northeasterly direction along the southeast right-of-way line of North Leg a distance of 80.0 feet to a point; thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 176.05 feet to a point; thence in a southerly direction a distance of 91.51 feet to a point; ( ! ii" - ",~ '- . thence, in a westerly direction a distance of 220.50 feet to the point of beginning. This property contains .38 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 1606 North Leg. SECTION II. That this amendment to the Comprehensive Ordinance is subject to the following stipulation: Should the day care cease to operate the zoning will revert to the former P-1 zorung. SECTION III. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed 21st February of2001. day APPROVED THIS ,2001.
