An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by
the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of
Augusta effective November 15, 1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt
and Reconfirm the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted March 25,
1963, by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City
Council of Augusta, together with all amendments which have been
approved by either the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County or the
City Council of Augusta as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of
the Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the Comprehensive
Zoning Map from Zone A (Agricultural) to Zone B-2 (General Business)
affecting property located where the northwest right-of-way line of Georgia
Highway #88 intersects the northeast right-of-way line of Bath Edie Road;
thence, N 24034'25" W along the northeast right-of-way line of Bath Edie
Road a distance of 347.14 feet; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict
herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY cOMMJSSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of
Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of
which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone
A (Agricultural) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located where the northwest right-of-way line of
Georgia Highway #88 intersects the northeast right-of-way line of Bath
Edie Road; thence, N 24034'25" W along the northeast right-of-way line
of Bath Edie Road a distance of 347.14 feet to a point; thence, N
79023 '25" E a distance of 543.57 feet to a point; thence, S 11007' 12" E a
distance of 100.00 feet to a point; thence, S 79023'25" W a distance of
87.50 feet to a point; thence, S 16023'12" E a distance of 198.12 feet to a
point located on the northwest right-of-way line of Georgia Highway #88;
thence, S 73036'48" W a distance of395 feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning.
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are
