HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 6337 AMEND SUB DIVISION REG Augusta Richmond GA DOCUMENTNAME:C)-(;I:)CX)-19~6( DOCUMENT TYPE: ()fc1\~~~ YEAR: CD BOX NUMBER: \ \ F~ENUMBER: \~~~ NUMBER OF PAGES: C)) _ r .~ ....., .~ , :r _ " . .. ~ ' " :0 ~" " ORDINANCE NO'----633l A resolution by the Augusta-Richmond County Planning Commission recommending that the Subdivision Regulations be amended as follows: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS OF AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, ADOPTED BY THE AUGUSTA COMMISSION ON MARCH 18, 1997 BY PROVIDING FOR RECORDA TION BY THE SUBDIVIDER OR HIS AUTHORIZED AGENT OF ALL PLATS APPROVED BY THE AUGUSTA COMMISSION AND/OR THE GOVERNING BODY AND OTHER PLATS AS SPECIFIED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF THE DATE OF APPRO V AL BY THE AUGUST A- RICHMOND COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION AND/OR THE GOVERNING BODY, WITH AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JANUARY 1,2001. THE AUGUSTA COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Ordinance regulating the subdivision of land in Augusta, Georgia, is amended by deleting the following existing section: Section 202-M. All Final Plats together with Protective Covenants shall be recorded with the Clerk of Superior Court by the subdivider or his authorized agent after approval by the Planning Commission. SECTION II. That the Ordinance regulating the subdivision of land in Augusta, Georgia, is amended by adding the following new section: Section 202-M. Effective January 1, 2001, all Final Plats together with Protective Covenants shall be recorded with the Clerk of Superior Court by the subdivider or his authorized agent within 90 days of the date of approval by the Augusta-Richmond County Planning Commission and/or the Governing Body. SECTION III. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. ~ ~...., . ,:.
