A resolution by the Augusta-Richmond County Planning Commission recommending that the
Subdivision Regulations be amended as follows:
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS OF AUGUSTA,
GEORGIA, ADOPTED BY THE AUGUSTA COMMISSION ON MARCH 18, 1997
BY PROVIDING FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO BE INCLUDED ON THE
DEVELOPMENT PLAN.
THE AUGUSTA COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Ordinance regulating subdivision of land in Augusta, Georgia, is
amended by adding the following at the end of Section 302. Development Plan - Information to
be Included:
JJ. A note shall be added to the Development Plan as follows: The Contractor shall
be required to have on site a copy of the Georgia Department of Transportation's
Standard Specifications and Construction Standard Details, current edition.
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby
repealed.
