ORDINANCE NO. 6322
An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of
Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta effective
November 15, 1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt and Reconfirm the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by the Board of
Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta, by amending
Section 2l-1(b) of the Comprehensive Ordinance.
THE AUGUSTA COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by deleting the
following from Section 21-1(b):
(3) Barber shop or beauty parlor
SECTION II. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by adding the
following to Section 21-1(b):
(3) Barber shop
SECTION III. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by adding the
following to Section 20-l Permitted Uses:
(h) Beauty shop
SECTION VI. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are
hereby repealed.
