That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing Comprehensive B-1 Zoning Map from the Zone (Neighborhood Business) and Zone B-2 (General Business) to Zone B- 2 (General Business) affecting property as follows: Beginning at a point located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Olive Road and Gordon HighwaYi thence, in a southwesterly direction along the northwest right-of-way line of Gordon Highway a distance of 336 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, N 23048'47" W a distance of 265.56 feet to a point located on the southeast right-of-way line of Barnes Road; thence, in a northeasterly direction along the southeast right -of -way line of Barnes Road a distance of 423 feet, more or less, to a point located where the southwest right -of -way line of Olive Road intersects the southeast right-of-way line of Barnes Road; thence, in a southeasterly direction along the southwest right- of-way line of Olive Road a distance of 258 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains approximately 2.3 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 1500 Gordon Highway. ..." ",-" \oc-- SECTION II.
