the
Comprehensive
to
Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of
Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta
effective November 15, 1983, entitled "An Ordinance to
Readopt
Comprehensive
Zoning
and
Reconfirm
the
Orainance adopted March 25, 1963, by the Board of
Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council
of Augusta, together with all amendments which have
been approved by either the Board of Commissioners of
Richmond County or the City Council of Augusta as
authorized under the Home Rule provisions of the
Consti tution of the State of Georgia II by changing the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-1C (One-family
Residence)

Zone
P-1
property located on the north right-of-way line of
Wrightsboro Road, 151 feet, more or less, east of the
northeast corner of the intersection of Highland Avenue
and Wrightsboro Road; and for the repeal of ordinances
in conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the
Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of
November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended
by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-lC (One-
family Residence) to Zone P-l (Professional) affecting property as
follows:
Beginning at a point located on the north right-of-way
line of Wrightsboro Road, 151 feet, more or less, east
of the northeast corner of the intersection of Highland
Avenue and Wrightsboro Road; thence, N 02035'15" E a
distance of 153.47 feet to a point; thence, S 86019'23"
E a distance of 49.97 feet to a point; thence, S
02034'08" ~ a distance of 154.44 feet to a point
located on the north right-of-way line of Wrightsboro
Road; thence, N 85013' 14" W along the north right-of-
way line of Wrightsboro Road a distance of 50.05 feet
to the point of beginning. This property contains .18
acres and is known under the present numbering system
as 2619 Wrightsboro Road.

SECTION II.
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
