HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 6310 CAMILLA RD Augusta Richmond GA DOCUMENT NAME: O-~-ls23\D DOCUMENT TYPE: ()~Cl\~()~~ YEAR: DD BOX NUMBER: l \ F~E NUMBER: \Lffil NUMBER OF PAGES: c::J .. \.' ,- , ORDINANCE NO. 6310 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta effective November 15, 1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt and Reconfirm the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta, together with all amendments which have been approved by' either the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County or the City Council of Augusta as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Constitution of the -State of Georgia II by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property located on the southwest right-of-way line of Camilla Road, 790 feet, more or less, northwest of the southwest corner of the intersection of Davis Road and Camilla Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property as follows: Beginning at a point located on the southwest right-of- way line of Camilla Road, 790 feet, more or less, northwest of the southwest corner of the intersection of Davis Road and Camilla Road; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 190.92 feet to a point; thence, in a northwesterly direction a distance of 100 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance of 193.6 feet to a point located on the southwest right-of-way line of Camilla Road; thence, in a southeasterly direction along the southwest right-of-way line of Camilla Road a distance of 100 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains .23 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 241 Camilla Road. .. .:;;;> , . , I '- c..::;- l SECTION II. That this amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Map is subject to the following condition: That all vehicles be kept in operating condition and has valid license tag. SECTION III. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Done in Open Meeting under the Common Seal thereof this 17th day of October , 2000.
