authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the
Consti tution of the State of Gesrgia" by, shanging the

(One-family Residence)
affecting property located on the northwest right -of-
way line of Queens Way, 99,8 feet northeast of the
northeast corner of the intersection of Stovall Street
and Queens Way; and for the repeal of ordinances in
conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the
Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of
November, 1983/ the caption of which is set out above, is amended
by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-1 (One-family
Residence) to Zone R-1A (One-family Residence) affecting property
as follows:
Beginning at a point located on the northwest right-of-
way line of Queens Way, 99.8 feet northeast of the
northeast corner of the intersection of Stovall Street
and Queens Way; thence, N 06053'06" W a distance of
109.56 feet to a point; thence, N 83042'32" E a
distance of 100.26 feet to a point; thence, S 06053'06"
E a distance of 109.56 feet to a point located on the
northwest. right-of-way line of Queens Way; . thence, S
83042' 36" W along the northwest right-of-way line of
Queens Way a distance of 100.26 feet to the point of
beginning. This property contains .25 acres and is a
portion of the rear yard of 2334 Kings Way.

SECTION II.
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
