YEAR: ~rx)O BOX NUMBER: ) D FILE NUMBER: } Lj C;; , ~ NUMBER OF PAGES: !) ;11' , " ~. -;. ,r. ~ ORDINANCE NO, 6275 An Ordinance Comprehensive Zoning amend the to Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta effective November 15, 1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt and Comprehensive Zoning Reconfirm the Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta, together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County or the City Council of Augusta as authorized under the Home Rule provisions of the Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) and Zone (One-family Residence) to Zone R-MH R-1C (Manufactured , Residence) property affecting Home located on the southeast right-of-way line of Gordon Highway, 3,328 feet, more or less, east of the southeast corner of the intersection of Fort Gordon Gate 1 Entrance Road and Gordon Highway; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November 1 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by chan3ing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) and Zone R-1C (One-family Residence) to Zone R-MH (Manufactured Home Residence) affecting property as follows: Beginning at a point located on the southeast right-of- way line of Gordon Highway, 3,328 feet, more or less, east of the southeast corner of the intersection of Fort. This property c:~ontains approximately 136.99 acres. SECTION I I . That this amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Map is subject to the following stipulation: 1. That the~e shall be a one hundred (100) foot undisturbed natural buffer and a six (6) foot privacy fence along that portion of the property that adjoins Barton Village and that portion that is adjaceNt to Gordon Woods Subdivision; and 2. There shall be no single wide manufactured homes 1 and each unit shall have a brick apron with masonry UNderpinning. SECTION III. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
