ORDINANCE NO. 6246 An Ordinance Comprehensive Zoning amend the to Ordinance adopted' by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta effective November 15," 1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt and Comprehensive Zoning Reconfirm the Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta, together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County or the City Council of Augusta as authorized under the Home Rule provisions of the Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone (Multiple-family affecting Residence) R-3B property located on the southr right-fo-way line of Mosely Road, 996 feet, more or less, northwest of the northwest corner of the intersection of Piney Drive and Mosely Drive; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone R-3B (Multiple-family Residence) affecting property as follows: Beginning at a point located on the south right-of-way line of Mosley Road, 996 feet, more or less, northwest of the northwest corner of the intersection of Piney Grove Road and Mosley Road; thence, S 11038'4511 Wa distance of 299.86 feet to a point; thence, N 78024 '00" W a distance of 219.79 feet to a point; thence, N 11038'45" E a distance of 300.05 feet to a point located on the south right-of-way line of Mosley Road; thence, S 78021'15" E along the south right-of-way line of Mosley Road a distance of 239.20 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains 1.65 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 1029 Mosley Road. ..\ . ~ . ",....,-,.. . 1,;1 \. I. r .- SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Done in Open Meeting under the Common Seal thereof this l~th day of February , 2000.
