An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted
by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City
Council of Augusta effective November 15, 1983, entitled "An
Ordinance to Readopt and Reconfirm the Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by the Board of Commissioners of
Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta, by amending
Section 24-1 .
THE AUGUSTA COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance IS amended by adding the
following to Section 24-1 :
(d) (27)
Inert Landfill
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are
hereby repealed.
Done in Open Meeting under the Common Seal thereof this 1st day of
