HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 6233 CREST DRIVE Augusta Richmond GA DOCUMENT NAME, 0 - ~ C\ - .0; d. 0 '3 -, DOCUMENT TYPE: G rd. \ (\Of\Cf~.~ YEAR: C\ g BOX NUMBER: ~ FILE NUMBER: \ L\ L\ q 3 - NUMBER OF PAGES: Q ..-" o ~', l.. ,--=-,'::;' i -~~ ...~ ORDINANCE NO .6233 ",} An Ordinance 'Zoning amend the Comprehensive to Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta effective November 15, 1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt and Zoning the Comprehensive' Reconfirm Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta, together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County or the City Council of Augusta as authorized under the Home Rule provisions of the Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-1C (One-family Residence) and Zone B-2 (General Business) to Zone R-1C (One-family Residence) affecting property located on the southeast right-of-way line of Crest Drive, 171 feet, more or less, southwest of a point where the southwest right-of-way line of Tobacco Road intersects the southeast right-of-way line of Crest Drive; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the - Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-1C (One- family Residence) and Zone B-2 (General Business) to Zone R-1C (One-family Residence) affecting property as follows: Beginning at a point located on the southeast right-of- way line of Crest Drive, 171 feet, more or less, southwest of a point. where the southwest right -of -way line of Tobacco Road intersects the southeast right-of- way line of Crest Drive; thence, in a southe9.sterly direction a distance of 150.65 feet to a point,; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 210.0 feet to a point; thence, in a northwesterly direction a distance of 151.8 feet to a point located on the southeast right-of-way line of Crest Drive; thence, in a northeasterly direction along the southeast right-of-' way line of Crest Drive a distance of 210.0 feet to a point; thence in a northwesterly direction across the right-of-way of Crest Drive a distance of 60.0 feet to a point located on the northwest right-of-way line of Crest Drive; thence, in a southwesterly direction along J " """':" .4 . -...... ............,;..,. ~ <::1 ." ,.- ~ ,- -, . "--,- ~- , the h08::'.1;.';.ilC.st. right -of -way line of Crest Drive a distance of 285 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northwesterly direction a distance of 149.34 feet to a point; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance of 210.0 feet to a point; thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 149.4 feet to a point located on .the northwest right-of-way line of Crest Drive; thence, in a northeasterly direction along the northwest right-of-way line of Crest Drive a distance of 75 ~eet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southeasterly direction across the right-of-way line of Crest Drive a distance of 60.0 feet to the point of beginning. The properties consist of four tax parcels totaling 1.44 acres and are known under the present numbering system as 3705-3708 Crest Drive. SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances In conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Done in Open Meeting under the Common Seal thereof this 21st day.of December , 1999.
