Comprehensive
Zoning
amend
the
Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of
Richmond County and the City Council
of Augusta.
effective November 15, 1983, entitled IIAn Ordinance to
Readopt
and
Comprehensive
Zoning
Reconfirm
the
Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by the Board of
Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council
of Augusta, together with all amendments which have
been approved by either the Board of Commissioners of
Richmond County or the City Council of Augusta as
authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the
Constitution of the State of Georgia II by changing the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-1A (One-family
Residence)
(Neighborhood
Business)
Zone
to
B-1
affecting property located on the northeast right-of-
way line of Olive Road,
32 feet,
more or less,
southeast of a point where the centerline of Stevens
Road extended intersects the northeast right-of-way
line of Olive Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in.
conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the
Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of
November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, lS amended
by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-1A (One-
family Residence) to Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) affecting
property as follows:
Beginning at a point located on the northeast right-of-
way line of Olive Road, 32 feet, more or less,
southeast of a point where the centerline of Stevens
Road extended intersects the northeast right-of-way
line of Olive Road; thence, in a northeasterly
direction a distance of 330.0 feet to a point; thence,
in a southeasterly direction a distance of 150.0 feet
to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a
distance of 323 feet, more or less, to a point located
on the northeast right-of-way line of Olive Road;
thence, in a northwesterly direction along the
northeast right-of-way line of Olive Road a distance of
150.0 feet to the point of beginning. This property
contains, 1.14 acres and is known under the present
numbering system as 2002-2006 Olive Road.

SECTION I I .
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
