That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property as follows: Beginning at a point located on the south right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road, 618 feet, more or less, west of the southwest corner of the intersection of Luke Road and Wrightsboro Road; thence, in a southerly direction a distance of 535 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northwesterly direction a distance of 340 feet, more or l~ss, to" a point; thence, in a northerly direction a distance of 458.14 feet to a point located on the south right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road; th~nce, in an easterly direction along the south right-of~way line of Wrightsboro Road a distance of 353 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains approximately 4.0 acres and is known under, the present numbering system as 3890 Wrightsboro Road. ."7 .- "'- . . . ., ~ ,. SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances In conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Done in Open Meeting under the Common Seal thereof this 21st day of December , 1999.
