That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended \. '. by chang ing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-MH (Manufactured Home Residential) to Zone R-1 (One-family Residence) affecting property as follows: Beginning at a point located on the northeast right-of- way line of Seago Road, 1,070 feet, more or less, north of the northeast corner of the intersection of Ascot Road and Seago Road; thence, in a northerly direction along the northep.st right-of -way line of Seago Road a distance of 25 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northeasterly direction' a distance of 822 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, S 21017 '37" E a distance' of 834.01 feet to a point; thence, S 73019'31" W a distance of 261 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northwesterly direction a distance of 765.18 feet to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 585 feet, more or less, to'the point of beginning.
