HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 6202 WINDSOR SPRING ROAD Augusta Richmond GA DOCUMENT NAME: ()- \LfY1- GJDd DOCUMENT TYPE: c)Y O\'(\Q\\te.- YEAR: C\9 BOX NUMBER: O~ FILE NUMBER: \l\L\ \ q NUMBER OF PAGES: -- ORDINANCE NO. 6202 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta effective November 15, 1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt and Reconfirm the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta, together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County or the City Council of Augusta as authorized under the Home Rule provisions of the Consti tution of the State of Georgia" by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) affecting property located on the east right-of-way line of Windsor Spring Road, 514 feet, more or less, south of the southeast corner of the intersection of Boykin Road and Windsor Spring Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) affecting property as follows: Beginning at a point located on the east right-of-way line of Windsor Spring Road, 514 feet, more or less, south of the southeast corner of the intersection of Boykin Road and Windsor Spring Road; thence, S 73028'05" E a distance of 863.70 feet to a point; thence, S 16059'38" W a distance of 249.93 feet to a point; thence, N 73028'20" W a distance of 861.97 feet to a point located on the east right -of -way line of Windsor Spring Road; thence, N 16035 146" E along the east right-of-way line of Windsor Spring Road a distance of 249.98 feet to the point of beginning. This property contains 4.95 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 4254 Windsor Spring Road. SECTION II. That this amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Map is subject to the following stipulation: There shall be adequate parking. . , , SECTION III.
