THE AUGUSTA COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by deleting the following from Section 9-1: a) Any use permitted in an R-1 Zonei and SECTION II. The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by adding the following to Section 9-1: a) Any use permitted in an R-1 Zone subject to the restrictions and regulations of the R-1 Zonei and SECTION III. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance lS amended by deleting the following from Section 16-1: a) Any use set forth in the R-2 (Two-family) Zonei and SECTION IV. The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by adding the following to Section 16-1: a) Any use permitted in the R-2 Zone subject to the restrictions and regulations of the R-2 Zonei and SECTION V. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by deleting the following from Section 17-1: a) Any use set forth in the R-3A (Multiple- family) Zonei and SECTION VI. The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by adding the following to Section 17-1: a) Any use set forth in the R-3A zone subject to the restrictions and regulations of the R-3A Zonei and ,4 " .' SECTION VII. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance 1S amended by deleting the following from Section 18-1: a) Any use set forth in the R-3B Zone; and SECTION VIII. The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by adding the following to Section 18-1: a) Any use set forth in the R-3B Zone subject to the restrictions and regulations of the R-3B Zone; and SECTION IX. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by deleting the following from Section 20-1: a) Any use permitted in the R zones provided that all residential development shall be subject to the same limitations and controls as specifically set forth in the respective R-1 Zone; and SECTION X. The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by adding the following to Section 20-1: a) Any use set forth in the R- 3C Zone I subj ect to the restrictions and regulations of the R- 3C Zone; 'and SECTION XI. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by deleting the following from Section 21-1: a) Any use permitted in the P-1 (Professional) Zone provided that all residential and professional development shall be subject to the same limitations and controls as specifically set forth in the respective R or P-1 Zones; and SECTION XII. The Comprehensi ve Zoning Ordinance is amended by adding the following to Section 21~1: a) Any use permitted in the P-1 Zone subject to the restrictions and regulations of the P-1 Zone; and SECTION XIII. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance 1S amended by deleting the following from Section 22-1: a) Any use permitted in the B-1 Zone; and SECTION XIV. The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance 1S amended by adding the following to Section 22-1: a) Any use permitted in the B-1 Zone subject to the restrictions and regulations of the B-1 ,Zone; and ,/ SECTION XV. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by deleting the following from Section 23-1: a) Any use permitted in the B-2 Zone; and ;. SECTION XVI. The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by adding the following to Section 23-1: a) Any use permitted in the B-2 Zone subject to the restrictions and regulations of the B-2 Zone. SECTION XVI I. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Done in Open Meeting under the Common Seal thereof this 5th day of OCTOBER , 1999.
