Ordinance adopted March' 25, 1963, by the Board of
Commissioners of ,Richmond County and the City Council
of Augusta, together with all amendments which have
been approved by either the Board of Commissioners of
Richmond County or' the ,City Council of Augusta as
authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the
Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agricu),ture) to
Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property located
where the centerline of Lincolnton Parkway extended
intersects the southeast right-of-way of Windsor Spring
Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict
herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY ,COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the
Board of Commissioners of 'Richmond County on the 15th day of
November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended
by changing the Comprehenslve Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture)
to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property as follows:
Beginning at a point located where the centerline of
Lincolnton Parkway extended intersects the southeast
right-of-way of Windsor Spring Road; thence, in a
northerly direct'ion along the southeast right-of-way
line of Windsor Spring"Road 'a distance of 160.0 feet to
a point; thence, in an eas~erly direction a distance of'
550.0 feet to a point; thence, in a southerly direction
a distance of 1~0~0 "feet to a point;. thence" in a
westerly direction a distance of 550.0 feet to the
point of beginning. This property contains 2.02 acres
and is known under the present numbering system as 4118
Windsor Spring Ro~d.

SECTION II.
All Ordinances- or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
