That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of 'Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehenslve Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property as follows: Beginning at a point located where the centerline of Lincolnton Parkway extended intersects the southeast right-of-way of Windsor Spring Road; thence, in a northerly direct'ion along the southeast right-of-way line of Windsor Spring"Road 'a distance of 160.0 feet to a point; thence, in an eas~erly direction a distance of' 550.0 feet to a point; thence, in a southerly direction a distance of 1~0~0 "feet to a point;. thence" in a westerly direction a distance of 550.0 feet to the point of beginning.
