',.4 ORDINANCE NO. 6178 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta effective November 15, 1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt and Reconfirm the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta, together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County or the City Council of Augusta as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the Comprehensive Zoning map from Zone R-IA (One- family Residence) to Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) affecting property jg!ii!hr~ gll til~ ,{gutilw~d !igmt;, gj Illt; Illtt;'oft;~I/Qll Q[ RQQoft;,,~lt Dr' y~ umJ OJi y~ Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-IA (One- family Residence) to Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) affecting property as follows: Begirming at a point located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Roosevelt Drive and Olive Road; thence, in a southerly direction along the west right-of-way line of Olive Road a distance of 86 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a westerly direction a distance of 209.5 feet to a point; thence, in a northerly direction a distance of 98.0 feet to a point located on the south right-of-way line of Roosevelt Drive; thence, in an easterly direction along the south right-of-way line of Roosevelt Drive a distance of 203.0 feet to the point of beginning. This property contains .43 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 1715 0 Ii ve Road. ~--., " SECTION II.
