AN ORDINANCE/RESOLUTION
Ordinance Number 98.024
Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia
Pursuant to Section 40-6-183 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated concerning Local
Authorities power to alter lawful speed limits, the following ordinance regulating speed limits
within Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia is adopted.
Be it ordained by the Augusta-Richmond County Commission-Council, Augusta-
Richmond County, Georgia that the following speed zones are hereby established based on an
engineering and traffic investigation as prescribed by law.
ON-SYSTEM
State Route 4 (Deans Bridge Road) from the Jefferson County Line (M.L. 0.00) to the Blythe
