An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance
adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County
and the city Council of Augusta effective November 15,
1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt and Reconfirm the
Comprehens i ve Zoning Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by
.the Board of Commissioners .of Richmond County and the
.city Council of Augusta, together with all amendments
'Nhich have been approved by either the Board of
Commissioners of Richmond County or the City Council of
;\ugusta as authorized under the Home Rule provisions of
,the Constitution of the state of Georgia" by changing the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to
Zone R-MH (Manufactured Home Residential) affecting
property located on the east right-of-way line of Daisy
Lane, 1,320 feet north of the northeast corner of the
intersection of Travis Road and Daisy Lane; and for the
repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other
purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the
Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of
November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended
by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture)
to Zone R-MH (Manufactured Home Residential) affecting property as
follows:
Beginning at a point located on the east right-of-way
line of Daisy Lane, 1,320 feet north of the northeast
corner of the intersection of Travis Road and Daisy Lane;
thence, N 07017'35~' E along the east right-of-way line of
Daisy Lane a distance of 187.42 feet to a point; thence,
S 82042'56" E a distance bf 772.25 feet to a point
I'Dcated on the west right-of-way line of Mack Lane;
thence, S 05037'00" W along the west right-of-way line of
Mack Lane a distance of 187.42 feet to a point; thence,
N 82042' 56" W a distance of 772.25 feet to a point of
bl~ginning. This property contains 3.34 acres and is
known under the present numbering system as 4134 Daisy
Lane.

SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
