ORDINANCE NO. ~tJ97 l~n Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance ,- adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta effective November 15, 1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt and Reconfirm the Comprehens i ve Z on ing Ord inance adopted March 25, 1963, by t:he Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta, together with all amendments \lmich have been approved by either the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County or the City Council of 11,ugusta as authorized under the Home Rule provisions of t:he Constitution of the state of Georgia" by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-IA (One-family F:esidence) and Zone R-3B (Multiple-family Residence) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property located on the southeast right-of-way line of Windsor Spring Road, 350 feet, more or less, west of the southwest corner of the intersection of Winston Way and Windsor Spring Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of ........ "- November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-IA (One-family Residence) and Zone R-3B (Multiple-family Residence) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property as follows: Beginning at a point located on the southeast right-of- way line of Windsor Spring Road, 350 feet, more or less, w,est of the southwest corner of the intersection of Winston Way and Windsor Spring Road; thence, in a s'Dutherly dire~tion a distance of 330 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a westerly direction a distance of 139 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a nt::)rtherly direction a distance of 334 feet, more or less, to a point located on the southeast right-of-way line of Windsor Spring Road; thence, in an easterly direction along the southeast right-of-way line of Windsor Spring Road a distance of 139 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains 1.0 acre and is known under the present numbering system as 2436 Windsor Spring Road. . I - ~ , . ,~ ~ SECTION II.
