An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance
adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County
and the City Council of Augusta effective November 15,
1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt and Reconfirm the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by
the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the
City Council of Augusta, together with all amendments
which have been approved by either the Board of
commissioners of Richmond County or the City Council of
.~ugusta as authorized under the Home Rule provisions of
the Constitution of the state of Georgia" by changing the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to
Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property located on
a Bearing N 62052'52" E and being 850 feet, more or less,
south of the southeast corner of the intersection of
:Robert C. Daniel Jr. Parkway and Agerton Lane; and for
.the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for
l::>ther purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the
Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of
November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended
by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture)
to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property as follows:
l3eginning at a point located on a Bearing N 62052'52" E
and being 850 feet, more or less, south of the! southeast
corner of the intersection of Robert C. Daniel Jr.
Parkway and Agerton Lane; thence, N 62052' 52" E a
(iistance of 183.41 feet to a point;t hence, S 25007'14"
1'1 a distance of 132.32 feet to a point; thence, N
71019' 04" W a distance of 113.02 feet to the point of
beginning. This property contains .17 acres and is a
portion of the rear of st. Andrews Presbyterian Church
located at 3551 Wheeler Road.

SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
