An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta effective November 15, 1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt and Reconfirm the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta, together with all amendments 'which have been approved by either the Board of commissioners of Richmond County or the City Council of ,~ugusta as authorized under the Home Rule provisions of the Constitution of the state of Georgia" by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to :~one B-2 (General Business) affecting property located on ithe northeast right-of-way line of Camilla Avenue (a.k.a. Camilla Road), 685 feet, more or less, northwest of the northwest corner of the intersection of Davis Road and Camilla Avenue; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by cha.nging the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property as follows: Beginning at a point located on the northeast right-of- way line of Camilla Avenue (a. k. a. Camilla Road), 685 feet, more or less, northwest of the northwest corner of t:he intersection of Davis Road and Camilla Avenue; t:hence, in a northerly direction along the northeast I'ight-of-way line of Camil~a Avenue a distance of 99.86 feet to a point; thence, in an easterly direction a distance of 191.58 feet to, a point; thence, in a southerly direction a distance of 100.00 feet to a point; thence, in a westerly direction a distance of 192.53 feet to the point of beginning. This property contains .47 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 240 Camilla Avenue. .. ~ ~ SECTION II.
