by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council
of Augusta effective November 15, 1983, entitled "An Ordinance to
Readopt and Reconfirm the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted
March 25, 1963, by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County
and the City Council of Augusta, by amending Section 3 of the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance.
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION-COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by deleting the
following from Section 3:
3-12
(s) Nearer than forty-five (45) feet from the right-
of-way line of Wrightsboro Road from Barton
Chapel Road to the Richmond/Columbia
County Line.
SECTION II. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by adding the
following to Section 3:
3-12
(s) Nearer than seventy (70) feet from the right-
of-way line of Wrightsboro Road from Barton
Chapel Road to the Richmond/Columbia
County Line.
SECTION III. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are
hereby Ire pealed .
