Coo 5 '5 DOCUMENT TYPE: Ovd \ V'ance YEAR: \ qc, 1) BOX NUMBER: ,J FILE NUMBER: 131'1--~ ~' NUMBER OF PAGES: ORDINANCE NO. /l;()s3.../ AIl Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta effective November 15, 1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt and Reconfirm the Comprehensive Zoning ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City 'Council of Augusta, together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Board of co:mmissioners of Richmond County or the city Council of Auq-usta as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of thl~ Constitution of the state of Georgia" by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-1 (One-family Residence) to Zone A (Agriculture) affecting property located on the south right-of-way line of Mosley Road, 876 feet, more or less, northwest of the northwest corner of the intersection of Piney Grove Road and Mosley Road; and. for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-1 (One-family Residencl~) to Zone A (Agriculture) affecting property as follows: Beginning at a point located on the south right-of-way line of Mosley Road, 876 feet, more or less, northwest of the northwest corner of the intersection of Piney Grove Road and Mosley Road; thence, S 11038'45" Wa distance of 299.77 feet to a point; thence, N 78024'00" W a distance of 478.69 feet to a point; thence, in a northerly direction a distance of 300.35 feet to a point located on the south right-of-way line of Mosley Road; thence, in an easterly direction along the south right-of-way line of Mosley Road a distance of 489 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains 3.33 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 1027 & 1029 Mosley Road. SECTION II. That this amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Map is subjec1: to the following stipulations: That there shall be no livestock on this property. SECTION III. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with th.is Ordinance are hereby repealed. Done in Open day of O-l~~ +L Meeting under the Common Seal thereof this /0 , 1998.
