i\n Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance
i:ldopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond county
i:lnd the City council of Augusta effective November 15,
1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt and Reconfirm the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by
1:he Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the
City Council of Augusta, together with all amendments
,~hich have been approved by either the Board of
commissioners of Richmond County or the City Council of
l~ugusta as authorized under the Home Rule provisions of
1:he Constitution of the state of Georgia" by changing the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to
~~one B-2 (General Business) affecting property located on
1:he north right-of-way line of Tobacco Road, 460 feet,
Illore or less, west of the northwest corner of the
intersection of Windsor Spring Road and Tobacco Road; and
for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for
()ther purposes:
THE AtJGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the
Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of
November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended
by chcmging the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture)
to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property as follows:
:E1eginninq at a point located on the north right-of-way
line of Tobacco Road, 460 feet, more or less, west of the
northwest corner of the intersection of Windsor Spring
Road and Tobacco Road; thence, in a westerly direction
sllong the north right-of-way line of Tobacco Road a
distance of 4(,0 feet, more or less, to a point; thence,
N 14059'15" E a distance of 230.00 feet to a point;
t:hence, in an easterly direction a distance of 400 feet,
nlore or less, to a point; thence, S 10037'3211 W a
d.istance of 230.00 feet to the point of beginning. This
property contains approximately 2.11 acres.

SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this t::>rdinance are hereby repealed.
