;~n Ordinance to amend the comprehensive Zoning Ordinance
i~dopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County
i~nd the City council of Augusta effective November 15,
1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt and Reconfirm the
Comprehens i ve Zoning Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by
.the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the
City Council of Augusta, together with all amendments
'Nhich have been approved by either the Board of
Commissioners of Richmond County or the city Council of
.~ugusta as authorized under the Home Rule provisions of
'the Constitution of the state of Georgia" by changing the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to
Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property located on
'the southwest right-of-way line of Camilla Road, 549
:feet, more or less, northwest of the southwest corner of
.the intersection of Davis Road and Camilla Road; and for
'the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for
-other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the
Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of
November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended
by chi~nging the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture)
to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property as follows:
Beginning at a point located on the southwest right-of-
'Way line of Camilla Road, 549 feet, more or less,
northwest of the southwest corner of the intersection of
Davis Road and Camilla Road; thence" S 76042'04" W a
<distance of 162.46 feet to a point; thence, N 56015'17" --4
'W a distance of 36.84 feet to a point; thence, N:.r?
14031'15" Wa distance of 156.08 feet to a point; thence,
:~ 81016'41" E a distance of 190.65 feet to a point
located on the southwest right-of-way line of Camilla
Road; thence, S 13035'32" E along the southwest right-of-
'way line of Camilla Road a distance of 167.79 feet to the
point of beginning. This property contains .75 acres.

SECTI'ON II.
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
