That: the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map by the modification of the conditions p1acE~d on the R-3B (Multiple-family Residential) zoning in 1997 (Z-97-49) affecting property as follows: Beginning at a point located where the southeast right- of-way line of Grand Boulevard intersects with the southwest right-of-way line of sixth Avenue; thence, in a southeast.erly direction along the southwest right-of- way line of sixth Avenue a distance of 150.0 feet to a point located on an unnamed Alley; thence, in a southwesterly direction along the northwest right-Of-way line of an unnamed Alley a distance of 115.0 feet to a point; thence, in a northwesterly direction a distance of 150.0 feet to a point located on the southeast right-of- way line of Grand Boulevard; thence, in a northeasterly direction along the southeast right-Of-way of Grand Boulevard a distance of 115.0 feet to the point of beginning. Thclt this amendment to the comprehensive Zoning Map is subject to the following stipulation: That the property be limited to a group personal care home or those uses allowed in an R-1A Zone.
