HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 5985 WILDWOOD DR Augusta Richmond GA DOCUMENT NAME: ()-~C\~-~~(S DOCUMENT TYPE: o'\O\mnG-e YEAR: 01$ BOX NUMBER: 0-\ FILE NUMBER: \'6L\1.\@ NUMBER OF PAGES: 6J C' ' '::; .' ;:' -~ '" i' ORDINANCE NO .59 s ~ An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond county and the city council of Augusta effective November 15, 1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt and Reconfirm the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta, together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County or the City Council of Augusta as authorized under the Home Rule provisions of the Constitution of the state of Georgia" by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map by modifying the conditions placed on the described property in 1997 (Z-97-24) affecting property located on the southeast corner of the intersection of wildwood Drive and North Leg; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map by modifying zoning conditions placed on the described property in 1997 (Z-97-24) affecting property as follows: Beginning at a point located on the southeast corner of the intersection of wildwood Drive and North Leg; thence, S 83034' E along the south right-of-way line of wildwood Drive a distance of 101.30 feet to a point; thence, S 06026' W a distance of 150.00 feet to a point located on the north right-of-way line of North Leg Court; thence, in a westerly direction along the north right-of-way line of North Leg Court a distance of 105 feet, more or less, to a point located on the northeast corner of the intersection of North Leg and North Leg Court; thence, in a northerly direction along the east right-of-way line of North Leg a distance of 150.10 feet to the point of beginning. This property contains approximately .36 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 1700 North Leg Court. "; -; SECTION II. That this amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Map is subject to the following stipulations: That the use of this property be limited to a general office or a beauty shop or those uses allowed in a'R-1B Zone. The use of this property shall not include any storage of trucks or equipment on this tract. SECTION III. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
