That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone LI (Light Industry) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property as follows: Beginning at a point located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Sheraton Drive. (Private) and Washington Road; thence, N 06003' 42" E along the east right-of-way line of Sheraton Drive a distance of 351.37 feet to a point; thence, S 78033'00" E a distance of 212.75 feet to a point; thence, S 08015'47" W a distance of 350.41 feet to a point located on the north right-of- way line of Washington Road; thence, N 78032'11" W along the north right~of-way line of Washington Road a distance of 199.23 feet to the point of beginning. This property contains 1.65 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 3103-09 Washington Road. J t;1). _ .. ....~ :,,:-' ::- SECTION II.
