An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance
adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County
and the city Council of Augusta effective November 15,
1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt and Reconfirm the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by
the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the
City Council of Augusta, together with all amendments
which have been approved by either the Board of
commissioners of Richmond County or the City Council of
Augusta as authorized under the Home Rule provisions of
the Constitution of the state of Georgia" by changing the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to
Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property located on
the south right-Of-way line of Wrightsboro Road, 333
feet, more or less, east of a point where the southeast
right-Of-way line of Belair Road intersects with the
south right-Of-way line Wrightsboro Road; and for the
repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other
purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning O~dinance adopted by the
Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of
November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended
by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture)
to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property as follows:
Beginning at a point located on the south right-Of-way
line of Wrightsboro Road, 333 feet, more or less, east of
a point where the southeast right-of-way line of Belair
Road intersects with the south right-Of-way line
Wrightsboro Road; thence, N 840 43'26" E along the south
right-Of-way line of' Wrightsboro Road a distance of 75.18
feet to a point; thence, S 12049' 09" E a distance of
300.00 feet to a point; thence, S 12026'05" E a distance
of 133.09 feet toa point; thence, S 84033'53" W a
distance of 75.27 feet to a point; thence, N 12041'04" W
a distance of 433.28 feet to the point of beginning.
This property contains .74 acres and is known under the
present numbering system as 3522 Wrightsboro Road.

SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
