" ;' ; ORDINANCE NO.S9'?( An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta effective November-15, 1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt and Reconfirm the comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta, together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Board of commissioners of Richmond County or the City Council of Augusta as authorized under the Home Rule provisions of the Constitution of the state of Georgia" by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property located on the west right-of-way line of Mike Padgett Highway (Ga. Hwy. #56), 635 feet, more or less, north of the northwest corner of the intersection of Clark Road and Mike Padgett Highway; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting proPerty as follows: Beginning at a point located on the west right-of-way line of Mike Padgett Highway (Ga. Hwy. #56), 635 feet, more or less, north ,of the northwest corner of the intersection of Clark Road and Mike Padgett Highway; thence, N 89033'00" W a distance of 384.19 feet to a point; thence, N 04025'00" W a distance of 133.99 feet to a point; thence, S 89034'32" E a distance of 26.18 feet to a point; thence, N 74040'37" E a distance of 162.55 feet to a point; thence, N 85033' 48" E a distance of 198.89 feet to a point located on the west right-of-way line of Mike Padgett Highway; thence, S 03053'34" E along the west right-of-way line of Mike Padgett Highway a distance of 195.21 feet to the point of beginning. This property contains 1.49 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 4711 Mike Padgett Highway. - .. ;- .. ... . '. SECTION II. That this amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Map is ,"" subject to the following stipulation: That the only business on this property shall be a manufactured home refurbishing business per the plan submitted; and that at such time as this use shall cease, the zoning of the property shall revert to Zone A (Agriculture). SECTION III. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
