ORDINANCE NO. _J:;"77:LJ An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the City Council of Augusta effective November 15, 1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt an~ Reconfirm the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance .adopted March 25, 1963, by the Board of commissioners of Richmond County and the city council of Augusta, together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County or the City Council of Augusta as authorized under the Hom~ Rule provisions of the Constitution of the state of Georgia" by changing the comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-1D (One-family Residence) to Zone R-MH (Manufactured Home Residential) affecting property located on the north right-of-way line of Milledgeville Road, 136.56 feet west of the east intersection of Princess Court and Milledgeville Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-1D (One-family Residence) to Zone R-MH (Manufactured Home Residential) affecting property as follows: Beginning at a point located on the north right-of-way line of Milledgeville Road, 136.56 feet west of the east intersection of Princess Court and Milledgeville Road; thence, in a westerly direction along the north right-of- way line of Milledgeville Road a distance of 136.0 feet to a point located on the northeast ~orner of the west intersection of Princess Court and Milledgeville Road; thence, in a westerly direction along the north right-of- way line of Milledgeville Road extending across the right-of-way of Princess Court a distance of 50 feet to a point; thence, in a westerly direction a distance of 120.31 feet to a point; thence, in a northerly direction a distance of 650 feet, more or less, to a point located on the centerline of Rocky Creek; thence, in an easterly direction along the centerline of Rocky Creek a distance of 105 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southerly direction a distance of 74.85 feet to a point located on the south right-of-way line of Princess Court (cuI de sac); thence, in an easterly direction along the cul de sac a distance of 25.41 feet to a point; thence, ~--. .. -c .... ~ in a northerly direction a distance of 39.0 feet to a point; thence, in an easterly direction a distance of 158.75 feet to a point; thence, in a southerly direction a distance of 126.53 feet to a point located on the north right-of-way line of Princess Court; thence, in a westerly direction along the north right-of-way line of Princess Court a distance of 58 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southerly direction across the right- of-way of Princess Court a distance of 50 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southerly direction a distance of 290 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains approximately 3.42 acres and contains lots 1-17 and 34-40 of Princess Gardens Subdivision. SECTION II. That this amendment to the Comprehensive zoning Map is subject to the following stipulation: That a six (6) foot privacy fence be constructed along the east property line of the subject property. SECTION III. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Done in Open Meeting under the Common Seal thereof this If ~ day of 17d.h?t (;..u;' , 1997.
