That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on ,the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone P-1 (Professional) to Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) affecting property as follows: Beginning at a point located on the northeast corner of the intersection of ,Emmett Street and Cleveland street; thence, in a northerly, direction along the east right-of- way line of Emmett Street a distance of 130.00 feet to a point located on the south right-of-way line of an unnamed Alley; thence, in an easterly direction along the south right-of-way line of an unnamed Alley a distance of 120.0 feet to a point; thence, in a southerly direction a distance of 130.0 feet to a point located on the north right-of-way line of Cleveland Street; thence, in a westerly direction along the north right-of-way line of Cleveland Street a distance of 120.0 feet to the point of beginning. This property contains .36 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 1631-33 Cleveland Street. . l' ~, i' '"' J. -. SECTION II.
