An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive zoning Ordinance
adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County
and the city council of Augusta effective November 15,
.1983, entitled "An Ordinance to Readopt and Reconfirm the
comprehensive zoning Ordinance adopted March 25, 1963, by
the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County and the
city council of Augusta, together with all amendments
which have been approved by either the Board of
commissioners of Richmond County or the city council of
Augusta as authorized under the Home Rule provisions of
the Constitution of the state of Georgia" by changing the
comprehensive zoning Map from Zone R-3B (Multiple-family
Residence) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive zoning Ordinance adopted by the
Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of
November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended
by changing the Comprehensive zoning Map from Zone R-3B (Multiple-
family Residence) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property

as follows:
Beginning at a point located where the southeast right-
of-way line of Deans Bridge Road intersects with the
northeast right-of-way line of Inwood Drive; thence, in
a northeasterly direction along the l;outheast right-of-
way line of Deans Bridge Road a distance of 756 feet,
more or less, to a point; thence, S 65023'52" E a
distance of 281.63 feet to a point; thence, S 71017'15"
E a distance of 190.80 feet to a point; thence, S
35014'33" W a distance of 616.32 feet to a point; thence,
S 78000'03" W a distance of 27.05 feet to a point;
thence, S 18044'12" W a distance of 160.78 feet to a
point; thence, N 51006'20" W a distance of 50.89 feet to
a point; thence, S 28002'DO" W a distance of 110.30 feet
to a point located on the northeast right-of-way line of
Inwood Drive; thence, in a northwesterly direction along
the northeast right-of-way line or- Inwood Drive a
distance of 389 feet, more or less, to the point of
beginni~g. This property contains 8.84 acres.

SECTION II. That this amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Map is
subject to the following stipulation:
1. That the use of this property be limited to a mini-
warehouse development or those uses allowed in a B-1 zone
as shown on the site plan submitted; and
2. That no buildings be located east of the Georgia Power
,Easement.
SECTION III.
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
