That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-1A (One-family Residence) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property as follows: Beginning at a point located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Veterans Road and Sibley Road; thence, in a southeasterly direction along the southwest right-of-way line of Sibley Road a distance of 196.0 feet to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 256.0 feet to a point; thence, in a northwesterly direction a distance of 267.0 feet to a point located on the southeast right-of-way line of Veterans Road; thence, in an easterly direction along the southeast right-of-way line of Veterans Road a distance of 256.0 feet to the point of beginning.
