AugustaiJas authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Constitution of the state of Georgia" by changing the Comprehensive zoning Map from Zone R-1A (One-family Residence) to Zone R-3B (Multiple-family Residence) affecting property located where the southeast right-of- way line of Grand Boulevard intersects with the southwest right-of-way line of sixth Avenue; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-1A (One-family Residence) to Zone R-3B (Multiple-family Residence) affecting property as follows: Beginning at a point located where the southeast right- of-way line of Grand Boulevard intersects with the southwest right-of-way line of sixth Avenue; thence, in a southeasterly direction along the southwest right-of~ way line of sixth Avenue a distance of 150.0 feet to a point located on an unnamed Alley; thence, in a southwesterly direction along the northwest right-of-way line of an unnamed Alley a distance of 115.0 feet to a point; thence, in a northwesterly direction a distance of 150.0 feet to a point located on the southeast right-ot- way line of Grand Boulevard a distance of 115.0 feet to the point of beginning. This property contains. 40 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 2014 Grand Boulevard. i ;.., . r i I '.. ',If .J ., . ~ -. (" .. SECTION II. That this amendment to the Comprehensive zoning Map is subject to the following stipulation: 1) The property be limited to the boarding of college students under adult supervision; and 2) In the event that this use shall cease the zoning shall revert to R-1A (One-family Residence). SECTION III. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
